Pharmacist e-Link™ offers ponsors the opportunity to conduct online surveys of its over 50,000 pharmacist members with the Pharmacist e-Survey program. Using our new online survey platform, surveys may be executed quickly with results available in as little as 72 hours. This allows sponsors to evaluate opportunities, assess issues and unerstand competitive adtivities at the pharmacy.
Pharmacist e-Link surveys leverage our IT partner Strategic Domain's new online survey plateform. Sponsors may create custome surveys specifically tailored to their information needs or targe specific pharmacist categories or geographic locations. Sponsors may upload their own list of pharmacists to include in the survey effort or segment our database in any way they see fit. The comprehensive program will include:
Survey invitations
Pharmacist e-Survey sends a custom invitation by email to Pharmacist e-Link members. Additionally, direct mail may be used to reach other target audiences. Each communication will include login and password information to help limit survey responses to "by invitation only." Each survey includes a customized email invitation. Pharmacist e-Survey will monitor sender/bounce-black information, review participation reports with data and time stamps, and send reminders only to non-participants. After participation, users see a customiszed thank you message.
Survey Design
Pharmacist e-Survey allows a broad range of question types (text, radio button, drop down, etc.) that will allow for the design of single-page, multi-page or branching (skip logic) surveys. We can also offer questionnaire development for sponsors needing assistance in developing appropriate survey questions and logic.
Survey Reporting
Survey results are provided in tabular and graphical forms. A wide range of charting options are also included. All reports are available in a variety of formats, including Microsoft Excel, CSV, SPSS and XML.
